2 at Crisler Arena. Michigan coach Steve Fisher said Traylor has made significant progress from being dominant in high school because of sheer size to becoming a true technically skilled player. "His game is developing nicely," Fisher said. "He's just doing what good college players do. I'd like to see him lose 25 more pounds, work on his shooting from 10-to-12 feet, and perfect his low post game.

And all that will come. "He's improved so much from his freshman to sophomore year, and I expect to say the same thing next year when he's a junior." Traylor's mental do-list matches Fisher's. He also wants to help Michigan get back on track. The Wolverines started the season 8-0, losing two games in the Rainbow Classic and one to Ohio State. "We need to get our attitude back, the one we had before the break," Traylor said.

"Some people said we were cocky. I don't think I was cocky, I just knew when I stepped on the court that my teammates and I were going to win no matter what. We need to get that back." While the Wolverines search to fet their mental edge back, Traylor eeps something big in mind. He's already been given a lot back by fate.
