Assisting during 1948-49 will be Mrs. Richard Custer, vice president, Mrs. Gordon Stow, secretary; Miss Dorothy Stophlet, treasurer: Miss Irma Smith, senior councillor, and Mrs. E.

J. Miller, junior councillor. Ron Weger. Flowers for Memorial Day retiring president, did the honors. Mrs. Geahan was attired In a brown silk faille suit with the new flared belt. Her white straw sailor had brown piping on the brim and was decked with a large white tulle pompon and brown and white veiling.

Mrs. Bauer wore a navy and white print dress with a white straw off-the-face hat with inching framing the open crown. She wore navy accessories and a corsage of pink carnations with silver ribbon. A gift of silver was presented to her. Other new officers are Mrs.

Walter Arndt, vice president: Mrs. Dallas Spencer, treasurer; Mrs. Edwin Bintz, recording secretary; Mrs. Howard Gee, corresponding secretary. New members were introduced and land who plans to return to her country late this summer.
